Autumn in DC…

So it is happening… Autumn is finally approaching the Capital City. For two years in a row this season of they year was always interesting, amazing and colorful. Now I got used to this, before I was little shocked how nature can change from day to day. It just like trees are getting this order to loose all the leaves right now and that’s what they do. This season is DC is interesting because it’s very short, after temperatures drop do 50’s and low 60’s everything is changing. Within 2-3 weeks all trees changing colors to beautiful yellow, gold, brown and red and after that they just loose their leaves at once. So you need to pay attention to that otherwise you will miss Autumn. All happens so quick, city becomes gray, feels like everything goes to sleep. This how it will be until March.

Newseum in DC…

It was a good day today, woke up early, went to the gym did my workout. After that I took the opportunity and since I got a ticked to the new Newseum I decided to explore a little bit and go. 6 stories high museum with different exhibitions, from a part where they show all today’s newspapers front pages to “9/11”, freedom of media, FBI, The Kennedy’s to a Berlin Wall. All that in one place, plus you can play a reporter in real time studio or do a virtual walk to the West and East side of the Berlin Wall. That was a really nice experience. Definitely worth of seeing when you’re in DC!

Last year Death Valley trip…

Today just a little throw back to my trip to Vegas in 2016. It was also around the same time just like my recent trip. But last year was not as fun as this year one. Here is little reminder of my lonely trip to Death Valley back then. It was fun, especially that upon going back to Vegas I got totally lost, without network and GPS was just cruising around looking how to get back on the correct road. It was little scary but it was fun! Video I did is Polish 🙂 but it’s still fun to see. Enjoy 🙂

My shoulders…

Today I decided to post something different, little set of my exercises that I am doing in order to work on my shoulders. This part of human body is very fragile and if you work on it you need to make sure that you don’t put too much weight and you do exercises correctly! There should be no pain in joints. I have learned that the hard way, there was no one to warn me about that and I destroyed my right shoulders. For a long time it was my weak spot, but I managed to find routine that helped me to get some more muscles on this part of my body. I am pretty happy with the results so I am working on it to see if I can get further even when my right shoulder joint was damaged. So far so good! If you have questions just ask me 🙂
