Friday, that’s how weekend is starting in America, especially in Washington. All government and corporations employees starts heading out of the city shortly after 3 pm. Those are the lucky ones working from Monday to Friday. Since I am working in hotel industry, life is little different especially after becoming one of the front desk managers, mostly because there is another shift that we need to work and that’s overnight. And who will guess what days? yes.. yes… every Friday and Saturday, meaning no weekend nights partying for me for a while. Overnight shifts are pretty ok it gives you some breath from always wanting something hotel guests. My room has two beds not one… my room is too small… my window view is not as expected… Tough hotelier life, but I don’t mind that at all. Mostly because majority of hotel guests are super nice. My Friday plans? Of course I slept after overnight till 3 pm that’s 21:00 in Poland. Time for a fit breakfast and after that where would I go? but of course to my “church” the GYM. After that some dinner, relax and another overnight at work. I so happy that here in DC weather is still so nice. I hoper your Friday treats you as well!
